The six templates
Each template is shaped to the funding route and capital trigger it serves. They are not interchangeable: a CIF condition bid asks different questions of the brief than an SRP rebuild, and a net-zero retrofit needs energy-modelling and embodied-carbon scope an expansion does not.
How to tailor
Each template page exposes the editable lines and the standard clauses (RIBA Plan of Work appointment terms, evaluation criteria, governor agenda block). Combine the template with the fee calculator output and the procurement pack for a complete ITT.
